Would you mind sharing what clothes you all packed for baby? We’re hoping to venture out this summer with baby for the first time and I’m at a bit of a loss as to what kind of clothes to bring for her. Your blog has been a good resource as we think and plan!

Hi Erin. I am glad the blog has been useful to you. Usually we dress the baby (who is now a toddler) in pretty similar clothes to what is pictured for the older kids: A merino wool layer, wool socks, a fleece layer and an outer layer (rain gear or snow gear depending on season). On an overnight I usually bring double of wool and fleece layer. There is a few adjustments based on season. If it is warm then I might change a wool layer for a quick drying sun protecting layer. If cold I add mittens and a hat. Hope that is helpful.

Thank you! That is helpful- I really wasn’t sure what kind of pants to pack for her, but fleece makes sense 10/23/2023 05:22:31 am

Unzipping backpacks is like peering into mini universes. Notebooks crammed with colourful notes and doodles brush shoulders with forgotten gym socks and half-eaten granola bars. There's a hidden world within each one, a reflection of the day's adventures, unfinished homework, and the treasures we carry with us.

fantastic post, very informative. I ponder why the other experts of this sector don’t notice this. You should proceed your writing. I’m confident, you have a great readers’ base already!

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
